2. What is the warranty period and spare parts policy?
We provide free vulnerable parts within the container. A 13-month guarantee from the date of B/L is provided; any parts damaged due to quality issues will be replaced free of charge after confirmation.
3. What kind of packaging is used for shipping?
Standard export packaging is used, consisting of robust wooden cases and secure bundles to ensure the safety of the elevator components during transit.
4. What are the accepted payment terms?
We generally accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) at sight or L/C (Letter of Credit) for our transactions.
5. What is the typical delivery timeframe?
The delivery time is usually between 20 to 30 working days once the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
