What is the warranty and spare parts policy?
We provide free vulnerable parts within the shipping container. There is a 13-month guarantee from the B/L date; any parts damaged due to quality issues will be replaced free of charge after confirmation.
What kind of packaging is used for shipping?
All elevator components are packed in standard export wooden boxes and bundles to ensure safety during transit.
What are the accepted payment terms?
We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) at sight or L/C (Letter of Credit).

The standard delivery time is 20-30 working days after the contract is signed and the deposit is received. Custom specifications may take 15-45 days.
