Are our elevators safe? - About the door
1). The 1st line protection - the light curtain will automatically reopen the door when it senses an obstacle;
2). The 2nd line protection - the door inverter will give signal to reopen the door when the obstacle reaches 150N to prevent people from being pinched.
Are our elevators safe? - How to prevent falling and hitting the top
1). All our safety components are with CE and EAC certification;
2). When the elevator falls faster than 1.15 times the rated speed, the speed governor and tension device will stop the further fall by braking the guide rail;
3). When upward speed exceeds limits, the traction machine will brake automatically.
Can the elevator car design be customized?
Yes, we provide highly customized solutions. Customers can choose from various materials for walls, ceilings, and floors, including hairline stainless steel, mirror etching, or wood finishes to match the building's aesthetic.
What is the typical production lead time?
Generally, the production cycle is between 25 to 35 days after the technical drawings are confirmed and the deposit is received. Custom or high-capacity orders may require additional time.
