Complete accompanying documents including installation manuals are delivered with the equipment. Remote technical support is available via e-mail, video, and messaging apps. If necessary, technicians can be dispatched to the job site on a paid basis.
What is the policy for spare parts and guarantees?
We provide free vulnerable parts within the shipping container. If any parts are damaged due to quality issues within 13 months after the B/L date, we will provide new replacements after confirmation.
