What is the warranty period and spare parts policy?
We provide free vulnerable parts with the container. A 13-month guarantee from the date of the Bill of Lading (B/L) is provided for parts damaged due to quality issues, with new replacements sent upon confirmation.

All products are packed in standard export-grade wooden cases and bundles to ensure safety during sea and land transportation.
What are your standard payment terms?
We typically accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) at sight or L/C (Letter of Credit).
What is the typical delivery timeframe?
Delivery usually takes 20-30 working days after the contract is signed and the deposit is received. The standard loading port is located in China.
