Complete accompanying documents including installation manuals are delivered with the equipment. We provide remote technical support via email, video, and instant messaging. If necessary, technicians can be dispatched to the job site on a paid basis.
What is the warranty policy for spare parts?
We provide free vulnerable parts with the container. If any parts are damaged due to quality issues within 13 months after the B/L date, we will provide new replacements after confirmation.
How are the elevators packaged for international transport?
All elevator components are packed in standard export wooden boxes and bundles to ensure maximum protection during sea freight and handling.
What are the standard payment terms?
We generally accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) at sight or L/C (Letter of Credit) for our orders.
What is the typical delivery lead time?
The standard delivery time is 20-30 working days after the contract is signed and the deposit is received. Custom specifications may require 15-45 days.
Can the elevator design be customized for specific buildings?
Yes, our elevators are highly customizable. We offer various shapes (Round/Square), capacities (450kg-2000kg), and design styles to fit malls, hotels, residential, and office buildings.
